Gateway Project
"A Path to Nonviolence."
The House of Ruth Maryland's Gateway Project is a 22 week program for men who have been violent or controlling in their intimate relationships. Designed to challenge and change abusive behavior, the program helps participants understand the effects of their actions, accept responsibility, and to interact with the people closest to them. Like any program that involves behavior change, success depends on the participant's desire and willingness to change.
